Our charge for a service call is $85 an hour plus any parts required
to make the repair. After the first hour, we bill in ½ hour increments
but 98% of repairs are completed within one hour. And of course, we
never charge for travel time.
With so many different kinds of printers, copiers, fax machines, keeping
track of which supply items go in which machines can be a daunting task.
